Team Leader
The post holder will be responsible for providing positive role modelling and leadership for front line staff, volunteers and students working within the busy multi-disciplinary adult substance misuse service. The post holder will ensure high ethical standards and that the service is delivered in line with design, quality and performance expectations.
The overall aim of the service is to support individuals to achieve their goals, sustain recovery, integrate within their own community and successfully exit treatment when they are ready to do so using a clear care coordinated approach.
