Service Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our operational management team as Service Manager, to lead teams working across our adult substance misuse service.
This role will have direct line management responsibilities for Team Leaders within The Bridge Project’s areas of delivery, which spans early intervention, recovery coordination (opiates), volunteering, recovery community development, and rough sleepers.
We are looking for someone who has good knowledge about trauma-informed care and safeguarding, solid experience in leading and motivating teams, and a good understanding of contract and performance management.
