Lead Nurse

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as Lead Nurse, taking the clinical lead across our substance misuse services.
You’ll lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, shape clinical pathways, and work collaboratively with partner organisations including primary care, hospitals and specialist services.
BRIC Worker (Building Recovery in the Community)

We are recruiting a BRIC Worker who will deliver support and initiatives in the local area to establish visible recovery and increase opportunities for service users to achieve sustainable outcomes.
It is essential that you have a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle for work purposes, and have business insurance.
This role falls within The Bridge Project’s area of delivery.
Sessional Recovery Coordinator
