Recovery Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recovery Coordinator to join our Opiate team in Bradford.
As a Recovery Coordinator, your role will be to manage a caseload of adult service users with a variety of substance issues, including opiate, non-opiate and alcohol.
This diverse and rewarding role involves devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatment, and working collaboratively with key partners to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
