Recovery Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support adults across the Bradford District who are experiencing issues with drug and alcohol use, providing person centred treatment and recovery support.
Hours of work: 37 per week (may be expected to work one late shift weekly, if needed)
Senior Recovery Coordinator – Treatment Team
Contract type: Full Time - Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £32,290 to £33,569 per annum Starting at £32,290

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality support to a small caseload of adults experiencing a range of substance misuse challenges, and provide day-to-day team coordination and support.
Hours of work: 37.5 per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9:15am – 5:15pm and Tues 12-8pm)
Requirements: At least two years’ full time experience within the last four years supporting people with substance issues or complex/multiple needs, and experience of managing a caseload.

Rough Sleeper Recovery Coordinator
Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

The focus of this role is to engage with and coordinate care for individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, and who have substance use concerns and other unmet needs.
Outreach is a central element, therefore the successful applicant must have a full driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance.

Sessional Recovery Coordinator
Contract type: 0 hour contact (Bank Worker)
Salary: £13.05 - £16.67 per hour

In this role, you’ll manage an adult caseload of a variety of substance use issues (opiate/non-opiate and alcohol), creating and reviewing tailored recovery plans, reducing harm, and working closely with partners to achieve positive health outcomes.
